Holder of the 'poisoned chalice' for the last 4 seasons, and commendably no
suicide attempts against his name!
Captaincy at Heysham can be likened to the job of circus master for Billy
Smart. Lion taming skills are required, along with the ability to control the
clowns, one things for sure there will always be shit to clear up after a
performance!

Accepts that it is impossible to please everybody, and certainly won't be
killed by the rush to be his successor.
His batting bristles with aggression and when in good nick scores at a rapid
rate, equally when out of nick, he usually departs from the crease at a rapid
rate too!
Slight over emphasis on feet movement this season has seen him stood too close
to the point fielder, when attempting a leg side flick-..... result, stumps
flattened.
Best fielder in the team, for it seems like the last 100 years, he loves to
throw down the stumps even when the batsmen is sat on his bat smoking a hamlet.
Fancies himself as a part-time bowler, unfortunately he's the only one in the
club that does!
